Renovation work is a nautral extension of our preservation mind set. Before "Green" remodeling became trendy, Old Saratoga Restorations was known for the creative repurposing of materials within our projects. In fact many homes in Saratoga Springs and beyond share salvaged parts from others. Former brick walls become floors, beams are resawn into trim details, rough lumber becomes furniture. The National Trust for Historic Preservation states "the greenest buildings are the ones already built". Being able to create spaces that were formerly in disrepair or had other uses is a challange we gladly welcome, we complete your toughest projects with distinction.
