This house needed an entire exterior rehabilitation and interior renovation. OSR stripped the entire house to bare wood, completed extensive molding duplication, and repainted everything. The porches were stabilized and rebuilt using all historically correct materials. OSR rebuilt chimneys, custom made 3 entry doors to match originals, remodeled the kitchen and added 3 new bathrooms. Staying true to the original interior, OSR replaced all original decorative molding and created a special custom shower within an original built-in closet.
